— If after the photoshoot you are seeing a message 'Model is still uploading photos' in the album, please ask the model to keep the app open, mobile device unlocked and wait until all files are uploaded to CLOS Cloud. The uploading speed depends on the internet connection quality, as well as on the number and size of files from your photoshoot (one RAW file can reach 25MB in size). We recommend uploading images while being connected to a strong WI-FI signal. Images with previews are already fully uploaded to the Cloud and you can download them.

Please, don't forget to tell the model/subject not to delete or close the app until all the images are fully uploaded to the CLOS Cloud. If the app will be deleted while the images are being uploaded all the images will be lost.
