End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CLOS for use of the CLOS application and related services.

1. License grant

CLOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps under these terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use CLOS for unlawful content.

3. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all media you capture and upload via CLOS.

4. Termination

This EULA terminates if you breach the terms; rights granted here cease immediately.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not used the service. To request a refund, contact info@closapp.space. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods.

In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' own refund policies.
